Especially on weekends or during busy hours, a reservation will allow us to guide you to your seat without unnecessary waiting.

ご予約の流れ Reservation Process
ご予約ページより、人数・日時・予約者情報をご入力ください。
ご予約は30日前より1日前まで承っております。（当日のネット予約はできません）
Please enter the number of guests, date & time, and reservation details through the reservation page.Reservations can be made from 30 days up to 1 day in advance. (Same-day online reservations are not available.)
ご来店当日、ご指定のお時間までにお越しください。
Please arrive by your reserved time.
予約されずにお越しになられている列に並ばず受付にて「ご予約済」の旨をお伝えください。お席にご案内いたします。（状況によりお待ちいただく場合があります）
Please inform our staff that you have a reservation, instead of lining up with non-reserved guests. We will guide you to your seat. (Depending on the situation, you may still need to wait.)

- お電話でのご予約を承っておりません。予めご了承ください。
- 混雑時のご利用時間は1時間以内とさせていただきます。
- ご来店が遅れた場合、時間の延長は致しかねますのでご了承下さい。
- 5名様以上でご利用の場合は、お席が離れてしまう場合がございます。
- ご連絡なしでご予約時間を15分過ぎた際にはキャンセルとさせて頂きます。
- キャンセルおよび変更は、前日までにご連絡ください。
（予約受付メールに記載のURLよりキャンセルをお願いいたします。）
- We do not accept reservations by phone. Thank you for your understanding.
- During peak times, seating may be limited to within 1 hour.
- If you arrive late, we cannot extend your reservation time.
- For groups of 5 or more, seating may be split.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your reservation will be canceled.
- For cancellations or changes, please contact us by the day before.(You may cancel via the URL provided in your confirmation email.)
